My English is poor, but I try to explain what is my problem.
I have the same problem, BUT not exactly. I can make Energy, Crystal etc a lot of. When I try to make f.e. Stick of Butter I also get the OOS ... error. My timezone is correct.

I tried to make twice the Stick of Butter.
With the older bot: (I didn't get anything into the Wallpost doc)

StickOfButter it can be made only 1 per 6 hours... this is the reason u get the error. is normal.
Before u used the repack it let u make more because u didn't receive any responds from castleville server.
